Working through a set on the bench

What this actually is

No leaderboards.
No before-and-afters.

Most communities in this space are a wall of results you will never match, posted by people who were already most of the way there. Ours is quieter than that on purpose. It is people comparing notes on ordinary weeks, asking the questions they were embarrassed to ask somewhere else, and getting an answer from a person.

You are welcome here on day one, on the day you fall off, and on the day you come back. Those are all the same kind of day to us.

Common questions

Asked on almost every call

Is the call a sales pitch?

No. Most of it is us listening. You talk, we ask questions, and at the end you get an honest read on whether we can help. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

Do I need to have it figured out first?

No. Not sure yet is a perfectly good place to start. People come to us at every stage, including day one, and nobody here started as an expert.

What should I have ready?

Nothing. We do the asking. If you filled out the form, we've already read it and the call starts somewhere useful instead of at the beginning.

What if I've started and quit before?

So has almost everyone we work with, including the founder. We plan for the weeks you feel like quitting, because they're coming. That's what the check-ins are for.

Do you give medical advice?

No. We don't diagnose, prescribe, or tell you what anything will do for your body. Anything that belongs in a medical conversation goes to a licensed healthcare professional who knows your history.

Two ways in

The list

Education, real stories, and straight talk, about once a fortnight. No hype in your inbox, and one click out of it whenever you want.

The room

Hundreds of people at every stage of this, most of them further along than they thought they'd get. Nobody here started as an expert.

The next step

Ready when you are.

One phone call. No pressure, no pitch. A plan that fits your life and a person who answers when you call back.
